ðThe Newslink: $100 per bi-monthly publication

Number Available: 6 per year

Opportunity for one exclusive sponsor for each edition of the newsletter - The Newslink.  The TAPHCC bi-monthly newsletter is sent to our members, associates and friends via e-mail, regular mail and posted on our website.  Sponsoring company will be highlighted on the front and back pages of the The Newslink with the company contact information and logo. Press release or product information can be included in the Industry News section if desired.

ðAssociation Official Website: $100 for 6 month term

Number Available: 10 per year.

TAPHCC’s new and improved website – www.TAPHCC.com is up and running.  We are very proud of our new website.  We are looking for five sponsors to list on the home page of the site w/logos and links to your own website for a 6- month term.  Brief section of “What’s New” or “Special Offer for Members Only” available for each sponsoring company.

ðContractor Seminars: $100 - $200

Number Available: Varies

Educational seminars are part of our continuing education requirements for our contractor members and their companies throughout the year.  Opportunities are available  to sponsor refreshments and/or meals for these sessions.  Sponsorship includes: signage, verbal recognition and printed recognition on registration, advertising and course materials.

ðBoard of Director Meetings: $500 - $2,000

Number Available: 4 per year

The TAPHCC Board of Directors meets quarterly each year.  Our distinguished panel includes officers as well as representatives from each of the local chapters and Emeritus members.  Our Board of Directors includes representation from some of the largest mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC contractors in greater Tennessee.  Opportunities are available to sponsor the board of director's dinner at the board meetings.  Sponsorship includes: an invitation to dine, signage, recognition on printed materials, and verbal acknowledgement and introduction during dinner.
