State-to-State Interaction -Through networking with other state associations throughout the United States, PHCC of Tennessee has the ability to locate key people across the United States who can assist Tennessee members faced with state to state situations. Whether it be codes or licensing laws in other states, or contact people in cities the contractor may have a project, PHCC has the resources available to assist its members.
